IH Blog – Experience Innovation: IH Global Booths at Electronica India 2025

Electronica India 2025 emerged as a defining platform for the country’s rapidly expanding electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

Held between September 17–19, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), the event brought together OEMs, component manufacturers, EMS providers, design engineers, and technology leaders.

Across three days, the exhibition and its conferences explored themes including AI-driven electronics, semiconductor innovation, smart factory automation, PCB manufacturing, etc.

This year, we had the opportunity to conceptualize and design multiple engaging booths for our esteemed clients.

Let’s dive into how we approached each stall and executed for the desired success.

Understanding the Importance of Exhibition Booths at Electronica 2025

At an event like Electronica India 2025, innovation is measured, benchmarked, and experienced.

With conferences covering AI-driven electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, PCB technology, and smart factory automation, exhibitors needed to demonstrate both technical depth and visual clarity.

A well-conceived exhibition booth design does more than attract visitors; it becomes an interface between complex engineering and commercial storytelling.

Whether the goal is to present a new EV inverter module, highlight IoT-ready power components, or showcase automation systems, the design of the booth must translate intricate product data into an accessible, engaging experience.

At Electronica India 2025, we approached each booth as a strategic extension of our clients’ brand and technical capabilities.

Every design balanced aesthetics with engineering practicality, enabling our clients to engage meaningfully with industry leaders.

Our Booth Designs at Electronica India 2025

At Electronica India 2025, IH Global delivered trade show booth designs for multiple global and Indian brands.

Each project was tailored to specific goals related to showcasing advanced materials, power modules, and enabling hands-on product demonstrations.

Every booth emphasized functionality, brand identity, and audience engagement. Here’s a look at some of our key designs from the event.

Wevo – Materials That Power Reliability

For Wevo, a global leader in potting, bonding, and sealing resins, we designed a booth that showcased the chemistry behind electronic protection.

The layout integrated sample display units, interactive material sections, and LED visuals illustrating performance under high voltage and temperature conditions.

The design highlighted how Wevo’s materials improve thermal management, component protection, and durability in EVs and power electronics.

Sumida – Precision in Motion

Sumida, known for its inductors and magnetic components, required a booth that balanced high-precision engineering with accessibility.

We created modular product zones focusing on automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.

Clean visuals, embedded lighting, and well-defined display hierarchies made it easy for engineers and procurement teams to compare specifications and applications.

Thinksemi Infotech Ltd. – Future of Semiconductor Integration

For Thinksemi, the focus was on semiconductor innovation and IC design.

Our booth combined demo pods, touch-enabled information panels, and a central discussion hub that encouraged technical conversations around power management ICs and mixed-signal solutions.

The space reflected the brand’s modern identity and engineering leadership.

MPS (Monolithic Power Systems) – Powering Efficiency

MPS required a booth that captured its expertise in high-performance power solutions for industrial and automotive sectors.

We designed a sleek, structured environment featuring interactive component demos, animated product infographics, and meeting lounges for B2B discussions.

The booth conveyed the energy efficiency and core values of MPS’s product portfolio.

Omni Devices – Smart Sensing Simplified

Omni Devices focuses on sensor modules and IoT-ready components.

The booth design emphasized real-world applications, with live IoT dashboards, product testing stations, and case-based visuals showing data integration for industrial and consumer use.

The layout encouraged visitor engagement and product exploration.

Power Master – Precision in Power Electronics

For Power Master, we developed a layout that showcased high-frequency converters, rectifiers, and custom power supplies.

A combination of technical schematics, sample installations, and video walls highlighted how the company supports energy efficiency and high-reliability designs.

Hi Q Electronics – Component Quality in Focus

Hi Q Electronics wanted to reinforce its commitment to quality assurance and advanced testing.

Our design presented a lab-inspired booth with a clean, structured layout. Product testing visuals and material cutaway sections demonstrated transparency, precision, and technical depth to OEM visitors.

Inovaxe – Smart Inventory Systems

For Inovaxe, a leader in intelligent material handling systems, we focused on the theme of smart factory integration.

The booth featured automated rack models, live demonstrations, and digital dashboards visualizing efficiency gains through real-time inventory management.

It positioned Inovaxe as a driver of Industry 4.0 transformation in electronics manufacturing.

Bergen Systems – Engineering Integration Excellence

Bergen Systems required a booth that reflected its broad portfolio in PCB assembly equipment, automation, and testing solutions.

We created dedicated product demo zones and AV-integrated displays showcasing machinery capabilities.

The booth was designed for high visibility, enabling the team to host multiple client discussions simultaneously without clutter.

Electronika Sales – Components that Connect Industries

Electronika Sales represents leading electronic component manufacturers across power, signal, and connectivity domains.

The booth showcased modular shelving, digital catalogs, and interactive product search stations to support real-time discussions with sourcing managers and design engineers.

This design improved accessibility while maintaining a professional, structured layout.

Similar to our Semicon India 2025 exhibition booth designs, it was an excellent experience executing the same for our clients at Electronica India 2025.

Behind the Design Process

Every successful booth begins with collaboration and technical clarity.

For Electronica India 2025, IH Global worked closely with global marketing and engineering teams to understand each brand’s technology roadmap, audience expectations, and communication goals.

Our interactive trade show design process focused on four pillars:

Concept, structure, content, and execution. Each phase ensured that visuals, materials, and messaging were aligned with both brand identity and technical precision.

To meet international standards, we prioritized ergonomic layouts, sustainable materials, and efficient logistics. Teams managed everything from structural design and fabrication to shipping, on-site setup, and live coordination.

By maintaining this structured approach, we delivered booths that looked impressive and also performed seamlessly.

As a result, it helped brands connect effectively with OEMs, buyers, engineers, and industry leaders at Electronica India 2025.
